Overview
A pavilion-style weekend house overlooking the vineyards and rolling fog of Napa Valley. Hugh Newell Jacobsen aligned gable-roofed volumes at the edge of the contour, opening each space onto a common travertine terrace. An infinity-edge pool extends the terrace to the valley view, and a small shed with a circular louvered vent gave the estate its name.
